About me

I'm Yael Hofri, a Uruguayan artist and digital illustrator based in the Netherlands.

I've been crafting and painting since I was 12. After high school, I studied Art and Education, as well as Photography and Design. I later worked as a graphic designer and shop window designer, until I made the choice to focus fully on my own art - because it's what truly fills my soul and makes me happy. Over time, I found that art was the way I could pass that same happiness and joy on to other people.

My work is about life, people, and abstract forms, but especially nature, plants, and flowers. My style is bright, explosive color - and I like to stay versatile, changing and improving a little every day.

I'm inspired by my childhood in Uruguay, and just as much by the places I've lived since and the people and cultures I've met along the way. My greatest satisfaction is making people happy through my art. Over the years, that joy has become my biggest source of inspiration
